This is a worthy product- my wife and I spent some time looking for the right dollhouse and this was what we came to.Several Barbie style dollhouses are much smaller and cost more. One thing to be aware of before purchasing this product is the assembly. You will not just snap it together.
My wife and I took more than an hour to put it together. Be aware that you have to pay close attention to which way the wall and floor panels go (we put some in backwards so we had to take it apart and put it back together at one point). Take your time putting it together and think it out- your little one will appreciate the result!

We got this savannah dollhouse as a Christmas gift for our daughter, she likes to play with her barbies in it and her brother likes to destroy it! lol! This is a really tall, fairly well built doll house. It seems way more structurally sound than the one I had as a kid.
However, it isn’t the one that I actually wanted for my daughter, so I was a bit unsatisfied. Personally, the decor printed on the walls reminds me of my grandmother’s house, not something I would want my dollies playing in. There is a Victrola in the attic and floral wallpaper everywhere, along with the fine china! My daughter has asked me how her dolls are supposed to get to the third floor since there are no stairs or elevator to it. We use our imagination as to how they get up there, but it is a real visual discrepancy.
It is nice that the stairs can be popped back into place easily since my son likes to regularly take them out, to the outrage of his sister! The porch swing is one item that I find to be completely useless! It hangs fine until you try to put barbie in it, and then it dumps her right out. I tried a few ‘mommy fixes’ but ultimately I took it out and put other furniture on the porch instead. It was more frustrating for my almost 4 year old to get her dollie to stay in it.
It is a good doll house as far as structure and play ability, just not very visually pleasing for me.

I was shopping around for a nice doll house for my daughter and had searched for it on Amazon when I came across this one and showed it to my wife she wanted to buy it rite then. Long story short I came back a week later the price dropped thirty bucks and I got free shipping.
On top of the great deal my daughter adores this savannah dollhouse kidkraft. It has plenty of room for her to do what she does with it. Perfect size for barbie doll type dolls. The furniture that came with it was of a higher quality than some furniture you get at stores for your actual living room. If you have a girl who loves dolls this is a must have.

I love this savannah dollhouse! Growing up I had one but the furniture wasnt big enough for barbie to actually use, but the furniture in this house is perfect! Putting the house together was so simple, and I am not sheman who can fix and build anything. The house is so nicely decorated, all the princesses look great in it, and the furniture is so cute and looks like a lot of care went into making it.
After I was done putting the house together I moved it up against the couch, that my dog was napping on, to take a picture and the dog moved and knocked the house over, and of course the furniture fell out but the house stayed in tact and looked like nothing happened to it. I am giving it to my daughter for her third birthday and I am very confident it will be arround for years to come.
I dont think it was listed on my list of all the pieces that were included but there is also a bracket to fasten the house to the wall so it doesnt tip over, so after the birthday I will work on that. I am so excited for this doll house I wish her birthday was tomorrow! Money WELL spent!
